On Monday, September 20th the Washington County Republican Party Central Committee met in Arlington to conduct the business of the party. On the agenda were the endorsements of Republican incumbent candidates. Overwhelmingly endorsed were incumbent District 18 State Senator Scott Lautenbaugh, incumbent Sheriff Mike Robinson and incumbent County Attorney Shurie Graeve.
