2011 Washington County Fair
Despite the hot weather on Sunday, the Washington County Republican Party had a large turnout of volunteers for their parade float and ice cream social. Notable Republicans walking with or near the WCRP float were Dist. 16 State Senator Lydia Brasch, Dist. 43 State Senator and US Senate candidate Deb Fischer, State Treasurer and US Senate candidate Don Stenberg and Dist. 3 Public Service Commissioner Tim Schram. The WCRP ice cream social followed the parade and was a huge hit in the hot weather. Donations received at the ice cream social will be donated to Joseph’s Coat Washington County Flood Victims Fund.
Please come visit the Washington County Republican booth at the 2011 Washington County Fair before the fair ends on Wednesday 8/3. The booth is in the Commercial Building on the fairgrounds in Arlington.
